Optimal Allocation of Water Resources Based on GWAS Model in Handan, China

Optimal allocation of water resources is an effective way to solve the supply and demand contradiction between users. Recently, rapid economic social development Handan has significantly increased in various industries. Superimposed on reduction incoming upstream rivers limitation total amount groundwater extraction, a large number sources such as South-to-North Water Diversion, Yellow River Weihe Diversion are used replace domestic industrial water. In support Handan’s dynamic resources, transported was generalized virtual reservoir introduced into GWAS model. The results show that shortage volume rate 527.60 × 106 m3 17.92% 2025 at P = 50%, respectively. concentrated primary industry. align with actual use conditions. more reasonable than conventional scheme, completely replaced by eastern plain Handan.
